Here's how it works

​It's a really simple process which allows you full control over the model, material, nib and accessories on your custom pen. 

 

Step 1 - Fill in the form below with as much information as you can. If you're not sure which model or material you would like and wish to discuss the differences please just write TBC in the relevant fields. Please make sure you provide an email address as this will be how I get in touch with you.

Step 2 - Wait to hear back from me via email. I will aim to respond within 3 working days and provide you with:

• confirmation I accept your commission (or alternative suggestions if there is an issue)

• pricing information for the pen and shipping costs

• expected pen completion date

 

Step 3 - You will reply to my email confirming acceptance of the pen quote and timescales (there is nothing to pay until completion of the pen).

 

Step 4 - I will contact you again when your pen is complete and send you photos/video of the finished pen

 

Step 5 - You will confirm the pen is as expected (e.g. correct model and material etc)

 

Step 6 - I will send an invoice/link to pay

 

Step 7 - I will ship the pen via your selected shipping method and supply the tracking number
